# Privacy policy
Updated 9 October 2026. Personal data is processed with regard to Belarus Law No. 99-Z of 7 May 2021 on Personal Data Protection.

## 1. Operator and contact

## 2. Data and purposes
Your name, phone and message are used to respond to your enquiry on the basis of consent. Do not include sensitive information. Technical data, such as IP address, request time and browser details, supports site operation and security.

## 3. Retention and recipients
Enquiries are delivered to the operator’s business email. The proposed retention period is up to 90 days after discussions end, unless another lawful retention basis applies. Hosting and email providers process data to provide their services. The operator must identify these providers and their log-retention periods before launch.

## 4. Cookies and analytics
A technical session protects the form; your analytics preference stays in your browser until changed or cleared. Yandex Metrica tag 113583381 loads only with consent. It processes technical details and page activity through Session Replay, click maps and link tracking. Form fields are excluded from recording. Yandex may process data outside Belarus. The Yandex map loads separately when you press its button and shares technical browser data with the provider. Google Ads is not enabled. Search Console and Yandex Webmaster verification codes are not installed.

## 5. Your rights
You may withdraw consent and request information, corrections, cessation of processing or deletion as provided by law, and complain to the competent authority. Contact sales@datatrends.by to clarify the lawful request procedure. Analytics consent can be withdrawn through Cookie settings.

## 6. Before publication
This policy is a draft. Before collecting enquiries, the operator must approve retention periods, providers and cross-border transfer arrangements and obtain legal review.
